the United States ball!
This was taken at my friends house (the night I burnt up her microwave)...He is trying to throw the United States ball (a blow up globe) as fast as he can. But as soon as I got out the camera he started "cheesing" He didn't quit understand the concept of a movie:)

Happy 4 Months ML
MiriLou is 4 months old already! It is amazing how fast the time with her has flown by. I am constantly holding her as I realize she will only be this little for a short while. I am daily reminded of how she will be in 2 years and 6 years!! ha ha.
She is very smiley and loves to kick her feet. Her favorite spot is under the fan in our room. She loves to look up at it(but so did Hannah and Calvin...and from what I hear, every other baby out there).
MiriLou can almost roll over. She likes to "rock" back and forth. I have no clue what she weighs, but should find out next week. She is wearing 3-6 and 6-9 month clothing depending on the style and fit. Of course I have her jammed in a few outfits she shouldn't be wearing anymore too. Such as the dress she wore Sunday. It was embarrassing how small it was on her, but I really wanted to see her in one more time. Plus she only wore it a few times.
She is very relaxed and loves to sit and watch the "entertainment" all around her. And believe me she has A Lot!
We are eagerly looking forward to next week. Hannah begins first grade and Bubby begins "pre-pre-school." Both are excited. We have a link chain counting down the days until Monday. Also, there have been books and materials arriving daily. It has been fun to see what is in each package. Her gym class starts today and soccer starts in September.
My camera broke, so the pictures I post in the next few days will most likely be it for awhile. I will probably buy a disposable camera for myself, but wont be able to down load them here. Enjoy and hope you are all having a great week.

funny Hannah
Hannah: "Hey Mama, I think I am ready to cut my own hair now."
Me: "I don't think so. It is very hard to cut your own hair."
Hannah: "But you cut Daddy's hair!"
Me: "yeah, but that is different..."

Hannah: "Mama, can we clear out the freezer so Bubby can sleep in there tonight?"
Me: "Uhh...yeah, NO! But you can sleep in there:) "

Pyro-Anne
I took a babysitting job last night. On my "list" that was left it said "make a bag of popcorn for your kids"...ok. Sounds easy right? NOPE.
I put the bag into the microwave, went to change a dirty diaper and hear "Mama, there is smoke coming out of the microwave". What!! Sure enough, black smoke is seeping out the door so I opened the microwave and thick black smoke came billowing out all over their apartment. I quickly ushered the kids out into the courtyard and attempted to clean it all up.
You know, I am usually a great cook. I have no clue what happened. Best part...when it was all cleaned up, Hannah asks me if we can try another bag!!!!! Um, NO. Needless to say, they were very gracious to me and still paid me:)

Mabe next time
I have this coupon for a free framed collection at the Picture People if I go in 3 times this summer. This was our second visit. I had hoped to get all three in the same photo, but it didn't work...Hopefully we can achieve that for our framed one:) It is a $100 value, and I really want it...lol. What am I thinking?
Enjoy.
