Here are the 2 pictures we took of Hannah on her real Birthday! Her party with her friends is this coming Saturday. She is really looking forward to it. She loaded up the party favor bags all by herself last night.
I was going to make her a homemade cookie cake...but it was really late Saturday evening, and our washer hose decided to pop of and flood our apt, so by the time I made it to baking a cake I was SO stressed out, Dan decided we should just buy a cake!! It worked out in the end, b/c he bought her one with purple frosting, which is one of her favorite colors. (yellow being the other).
We went to Chili's this morning. Our first restaurant experience with 2 kids. Both did great!! Dan wanted to eat there for Fathers Day, but that was in the middle of the tomato scare. And we eat their Salsa at Chili's. So we waited until this week. Plus Dan was able to get a gift card from work. We are also going to attempt the grocery store tonight. We were going to go Monday, but didn't get the timing down and then Dan had to go to work. He is off today so we should be good to go.
I think we have Calvin's spit-up down. It is only in the mornings, and when he is super cold. SO, as long as we either get him to burp or keep him wrapped up really well, the spit-up stays at a minimum. Which works out great for me...esp since my washer is retarded and only works 1/2 the time!!
His next apt is in the morning. I am excited to see how much weight he has gained! He has been eating very well all week.
And so have we. Our church has provided us with meals all week, and they have been phenomenal!!
